Applying fertilizer commercially in Florida requires FDACS certification, and many counties ban it outright during the summer rainy season — we work inside those rules even when a customer asks otherwise, because the restrictions exist to keep nitrogen out of the water. Pesticide application needs a licensed applicator. And we do not touch anything near power lines; that goes to the utility or a line-clearance arborist.

Small trimming, yes. Removals and anything near power lines go to a licensed tree service or the utility — that work kills people who are not trained for it.
No, and be sceptical of anyone who does in Florida. Survival depends on watering and weather after we leave. We will choose plants suited to the spot, which matters more.
Regular clients first, always. That priority is a real part of what a maintenance contract buys.
