Grass type, size and current condition.
Four services for homes and small commercial sites, on a written schedule.
Most Florida lawns are scalped in summer, which stresses the grass and invites weeds into the gaps. We cut to the right height for the grass type and the season, keep edges clean, and come on the same day so you can plan around it.
Grass type, size and current condition.
A set day, weekly or biweekly.
Cut at the correct height, edges done.
Adjusted as the season changes.
Light, drainage and realistic watering.
Plants suited to the spot.
Prepared beds, mulched properly.
Survival depends on water and weather.
Plants fail because they were chosen for a picture rather than for the spot. We look at light, drainage and how much water a bed will realistically get, then plant accordingly — and we will tell you when something you have chosen will struggle there.
Shrubs trimmed at the wrong time lose a season of flowers, and hard-cutting everything into boxes slowly kills them. We trim to the plant and the season. Anything near power lines goes to the utility or a line-clearance arborist, never to us.
Species, season and what it needs.
So you do not lose the flowering.
Shaped to the plant.
Debris removed, not left bagged.
In person, because photos understate it.
Including hauling and disposal.
Done in one visit where possible.
Removed and disposed of properly.
After a storm everybody calls at once. Regular clients come first, which is most of what a maintenance contract is actually buying you. For one-off overgrowth clearance we quote after looking, because photographs always understate it.
